Brock Lefebvre, RMT

Brock joined our clinic in August 2024 and brings both skill and enthusiasm to his work. He is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at OVCMT in Vernon, BC, where he gained a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practice.

Before becoming an RMT, Brock played hockey at the Jr. A and Jr. B levels, giving him a strong understanding of sport-specific training, injury prevention, and the physical demands of active lifestyles. This athletic background naturally supports his work in the clinic, where he provides care in athletic recovery, injury rehabilitation, and performance optimization. Brock incorporates techniques such as Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy techniques, Joint Mobilizations, and Kinesiology Taping to address muscle imbalances, reduce pain, and improve functional movement. Whether someone is an athlete, a weekend warrior, or navigating everyday physical demands, Brock is dedicated to helping them stay strong, mobile, and injury-free.

Outside the clinic, Brock is always discovering new hobbies – camping, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, or hiking. Lately, you might find him locked in a battle with his cat Larry, ignoring his other cat Ocho, or checking out the local food trucks around Nanaimo & Parksville. Be sure to ask him about his love for The Spud Barn food truck.
